Mulatto Kiss Recipe

Ingredients for making a mulatto kiss:

For mass:

 500 grams of wheat flour

 7 tablespoons of sugar

 1 cup of drip (50ml)

 3 egg units

 1 tablespoon of butter

 1 tablespoon of baking powder

 1 pinch of salt

 frying oil

To the roof:

 1 cup of sugar (160 grams)

 1 cup of milk (240 milliliters)

 1 cup of chocolate or cocoa powder

 grated coconut

How to make a mulatto kiss:

To make the beijinho de mulada, start by preparing the dough. In a bowl mix the flour (reserving a part for later) with the butter, sugar and lightly beaten eggs.

Add the syrup, yeast and salt and mix well. If the dough is sticking, add the remaining flour and knead until the dough is smooth and dry, but not breaking.

Shape the dough into small balls, fry in hot oil and drain on absorbent paper.

Tip: The smaller the balls, the more delicious this dessert will be!

Then prepare the chocolate syrup: place the sugar, milk and chocolate or cocoa in a pan and mix. Bring to the fire and simmer for 5 minutes, or until thickened.

Dip the mulatto kiss mass in the chocolate syrup and then in the grated coconut. Allow to cool in an oven tray or baking dish and, when the chocolate is set, it can be served. Enjoy this amazing dessert and let us know what you think!
